Training & Job Placement

Home of Hope currently has two facilities in NE Oklahoma where Clients receive hands on job training with a Job Coach.

Rogers County Training Center

For more than 50 years, the Rogers County Training Center (RCTC) has opened doors to purpose, pride, and possibility for individuals with developmental disabilities. Every day, about 40 dedicated team members gain meaningful work experience and hands-on vocational training in a supportive, industrial setting that celebrates their abilities.

At RCTC, the goal is simple yet powerful: to empower every individual to earn real wages for real work—building confidence, independence, and a sense of accomplishment along the way. Through personalized training that strengthens focus, skill development, and teamwork, RCTC helps people discover not only what they can do but also how much they can achieve.

RCTC is a modern 12,500 sq. ft. industrial facility located in the Claremore Industrial Park. Space is available in this work area depending on the nature of the work activity. Features include 2 loading docks, fork lift, delivery truck & flatbed trailer, 2 balers and 2 commercial shredders.

Delaware County Friendship Homes

Since 1985, the Delaware County Friendship Homes (DCFH) have been a place where compassion, belonging, and opportunity come together for men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What began as a vision to meet a vital need has grown into a thriving community that now serves nearly 50 individuals in Jay, Oklahoma—empowering each person to live, work, and thrive with purpose.

In 2017, DCFH joined the Home of Hope family, uniting two organizations with the same heart for service and the same belief in the dignity and potential of every individual. Together, they continue to build a future filled with possibilities—offering residential supports, vocational training, and life-enriching activities across six welcoming homes in Jay.

At DCFH, every day is a celebration of growth, friendship, and the joy of living life to its fullest.

Community Employment

For the individuals we serve, independent community employment is more than just a goal—it’s a milestone of confidence, pride, and possibility. It represents the moment when someone’s hard work, perseverance, and training come together, opening the door to meaningful work and true independence.

Our Vocational Program Coordinators (PCs) walk beside each client on this journey, offering personalized support every step of the way—from building skills and exploring interests to finding and thriving in a job that fits their strengths. When needed, a job coach may provide on-site guidance to help with the transition, while natural supports in the workplace are developed to foster long-term success.

At Home of Hope, every achievement—big or small—is celebrated as a step toward independence, self-worth, and the fulfillment that comes from contributing to one’s community.
