Once you feel comfortable and have learned the skills you need, you can move from our workshops or client-operated businesses to an independent job in the community.
A Vocational Program Coordinator (PC) will be your partner and help you find, develop, and keep a job you enjoy. You’ll get all the support you need—whether it’s a little help or a lot. Sometimes, a friendly job coach can work right alongside you at your new job to help you settle in and feel confident.
You’ll also have people at your workplace who can support you so you can become even more independent. With the right help and encouragement, you’re on your way to reaching your employment goals and building a bright future!
