I came to Home of Hope in 1998 after obtaining my Masters of Science in Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and spending a few years working in the world of public accounting. I joined Home of Hope as the Chief Financial Officer and served in that capacity for fifteen years before moving into my current position in 2013. Throughout my years at Home of Hope, the annual budget as grown exponentially but the commitment to putting the men and women served first has never waivered. From an operating standpoint, every decision we make is based on whether it leads to a positive outcome for the people we serve. This includes providing support to the employees who are supporting our clients. I have been involved in expanding our benefit packages, advocating for higher pay for our employees, and opening a childcare center to provide affordable childcare to our employees. Working for Home of Hope is the true definition of getting to make a difference in the lives of people.
