Cindy Rogers, ICF Director

I have over 35 years of dedicated service in the healthcare field. I am a seasoned and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. My career reflects a deep commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting the teams who care for them. I have led operations in a wide range of care settings, including nonprofit organizations, for-profit enterprises, and veterans' facilities. My experience across these diverse environments has given me a well-rounded understanding of the complex challenges and rewards of long-term care.

I want to be known for my steady leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to build relationships grounded in respect and integrity. My passion for elder care and caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities is matched only by my belief in the importance of purposeful worka value I try to live every day. Whether managing compliance, mentoring staff, or engaging with families, I attempt to approach every aspect of my role with professionalism and heart.

Outside of work, I find joy in gardening, reading, and cookingsimple pleasures that keep me grounded and recharged. I bring the same care and attention to my hobbies that I bring to my profession.

For me, working in healthcare isn't just a job It's a calling. And after three and a half decades of service, I still consider it a privilege to do what I love every single day.
