J.B. has more than 20 years of experience in the area of estate asset disbursement planning and liquidation. He has more than 25 years experience in charitable fundraising events. His skills and knowledge have helped thousands of estate professionals, donors and non-profits achieve their annual goals.

He is certified in personal property valuation as well as personal property and real estate liquidation. He has extensive background in estate and real estate valuation having served as expert witness appraiser in Oklahoma courts.

He is an active member in AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals), America’s premier fundraising professionals association. He is involved with Tulsa Community Foundations Planned Giving Partnership and served on their planned giving task force.

J.B.’s greatest reward is being able to assist donors meet their philanthropic desires while benefitting programs that serve people with developmental and other disabilities at Home of Hope.

Mark T. Loeber

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the area of charitable gift and estate planning. His skill and knowledge have helped thousands of donors as well as financial professionals and enrolled agents with the IRS on advanced charitable and estate planning issues.

He has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Economics. He audited courses in law school studying Charitable Gift & Estate Planning in Virginia, and is completing the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) and Certified Gift Planner (CGP) designations.

One of Mark's greatest passions is helping individuals discover which charitable tools and techniques can best provide for the needs of them and their families.
