Many of our recreational events are held at our community center at Home of Hope’s main campus in Vinita. Complete with a stage, 12’ theater screen, custom sound system and tables & seating, our residents find many activities to participate in.
- Theme dances are held throughout the year with deejay’s, bands and karaoke with over 100 in attendance
- We host an annual talent show that is attended by many parents and is the highlight of the year - singing, dancing, piano and poetry
- Monthly bingo is a great social event that now has over 125 in attendance
- Movie nights on the new custom system bring wide eyes and big smiles
Other activities are held at Wodloe Acres, Home of Hope’s 115 acre rural get away. Featuring a newly remodeled activities hall and a beautiful fishing lake, this property also houses our equine program.
- Fishing is available to the individuals all the time as well as organized fishing days. They may go to the dock located at Wodloe as desired.
