Benefits Offered at Home of Hope

  • Medical insurance – HMO and PPO plans – offered to employees working more than an average of 30 hours per week
    HOH pays 75% of employee’s premium and 55% of dependent premiums
  • Voluntary dental and vision insurance – offered to employees working more than an average of 30 hours per week
    Begins on the first of the month following the 60th day of employment
  • $15,000 company paid life insurance
  • Voluntary insurance products through Colonial Insurance including Accident, Hospitalization, Cancer, or Supplemental life insurance
