Roger's County Training Center 25th Annual

Golf Tournament
Benefitting Home of Hope, Inc.

The RCTC Annual Golf Classic at the beautiful Heritage Hills golf course in Claremore, is again on Friday to provide more opportunities for area golfers to enjoy a fun-filled day of golf while helping a very worthy cause.

For 24 years, this golf tournament has drawn hundreds of golfers who not only love the game, but love helping others. With over 24 years of experience, we know how to treat our golfers right! Each team can expect great beverages, a home-cooked lunch of hamburgers with all the fixins’, fun give-aways, and a chance to win a “super” prize donated by Kissee Ford for the lucky golfer with the skill to make a hole in one.

Cost per 4-man team is $300 and if you’d like to help in other ways, opportunities abound for hole sponsorships. Show your support of the Rogers County Training Center for a mere $100 a hole.

One hundred percent of the proceeds directly benefit the individuals at the Rogers County Training Center. They are given employment and housing opportunities so they can live a more independent life by learning vocational, social, and life skills.

Show Your Support! In addition to attending the auction and playing golf, individuals and businesses can help in the following ways:

  • Donate items for the silent auction
  • Donate items for the live auction
  • Donate gift certificates for your services or products
  • Sponsor a golf hole or team
  • Make a cash donation! All donations for this event are tax deductible as allowable by the Internal Revenue Service.

AWARDS AND AUCTION 6PM

If you’re looking for the interesting and unusual, you can’t miss the Rogers County Training Center auction at the Claremore Elks Lodge. This event promises to be larger and more entertaining than ever!

Auctioneer J.B. Robison is well-known for his quick-wit and ability to entertain. His special helpers from the RCTC are always in high de-mand. They put a face to the organization and to the individuals that benefit from your dollars. The thrill of the friendly bidding is well-worth the price of admission to the event.

Starting at 6:00 p.m. you may enjoy a delicious hors d’oeuvres buffet and beverages. During that time, you’ll make your way around the many silent auction items available for bidding. There is definitely something for everyone including something for every budget. You won’t want to miss the one of a kind or even practical items available.

Once the silent auction closes, the real fun begins with the “live” auction. Auction items range from the unique to the fantastic! It may be an autographed football, OU-Texas football tickets, OSU football tickets, or a wonderful portrait package by Dori G. You may want to bid on fabulous golf trips or a variety of autographed sports memorabilia. The sky is the limit with so many unique items. The evening of food, drinks, auction and entertainment promises to be unforgettable. Bring a friend and join us. We can’t wait to see you there.
