Our Health & Nutrition Program is one way Home of Hope helps to make sure our employees and their families are having their needs met by providing extra support when needed. It’s just another reason to choose Home of Hope.
This program is available to anyone who works at Home of Hope even if they do not participate in the health insurance package offered at Home of Hope.
At Home of Hope, we take care of each other. We have an employee crisis fund that is available to all employees in moments of crisis. Over 50% of our employees participate in this fund. It allows us to help our coworkers when life gets hard.
Home of Hope does an Angel Tree Program each year for our Direct Care Staff. This program is available to children (Ages 12 and younger) of our hourly employees. We also provide a holiday food box to these families.
