Home of Hope uses the concept of “client operated businesses” to facilitate job placements for disabled persons it serves. These are in the forms of facility based businesses and community based enclaves/work crews.
Facility based businesses are much like sheltered workshops and utilize job coaches to teach vocational skills to clients.
Enclaves and work crews are small groups of people funded by Home of Hope and supported by a trained job coach.
Mobile groups who fulfill your labor needs at your location
Examples include janitorial crews, assembly, cleaning & stocking
Home of Hope maintains all records, makes payroll, provides insurance and tracks production.
Work is completed to your standards
All facility based and enclave/work crew businesses are owned by Home of Hope and supervised by our Vocational Program Coordinators.
